Swim: 1000m TT

Bike: 25 Mile TT

Run: SC: 2 Mile TT, LC: 10k TT, U:15k TT

C2:5k TT

CrossFit Ocean City Md. The start, of the last WOD of the Day. Something magical about a late evening WOD.

1. 16 K trail run, 1:27 h which is 10 minutes faster than last time I ran this course (November 2008).

2. Kaitlin, I would appreciate any information that you could get for me. I have looked and have not been able to find much. I do think that I am causing the muscle tightness just from being tense and I am trying to overcome this with repetition. I appreciate any resources or advice that you have. 7. 54:02 PR. I keep working on the form. It's getting better but I know I have a long way to go.
