let’s assume I ride 15 miles to work every morning and return on the evening. It’s a nice climb for 45 minutes in the morning and sprint for 30 minutes in the evening. I’ll push myself hard during these rides.

Yes, there are some wods that are a certain interval scheme for a certain distance. You do as many repeats as needed to complete the distance given. You could do something like that for some of your rides. Look through the archive to find them.
