    Hi, has anyone seen a program for maintaining the gain made in the 12 week program in Brians book? Where do you go once you have completed a marathon distance?

    Enzo–
    Use the programming on the site, work with a coach, or plan your own training based on where you are at and what you are looking to accomplish. Programming can become very individual based on several factors.
