    The FAQ says the strength and conditioning recovery workout (GHD situps, extensions, KB swings, bench, and pull ups) should be done after races and long runs. Should there be a 3+ hour break as if it were a crossfit WOD, or should it be done still warm just after catching your breath (when possible)?

    This is not a timed wod.
    It’s completed as soon as possible following a race or tempo/tt wod.
