    Has anyone had any luck with BCAA’s and Creatine?
    I’m 18, scrawny, and while training for my first 50-ultra, I’d also like some definition as to have a chance with any social scene at school. I do a Oly Class with Chad Vaughn, and those are what he recommended, but said to check with CFE to be sure they’re runner friendly.



    When talking about running, creatine is one of the last supplements you need to be thinking about. Creatine as a fuel is only good for a 10 or 20 second sprint.

    FYI, doing anything for the "social scene" is the wrong reason to do anything.

    Eat real food, do some lifting if you want. But lifting and ultra marathon training are two different spectrums.
