did saturday's strength wod this morning.
GHDs & ball slams with modification: 5 RFT with 120 sec rest: 10 GHD situps-15 GHD back ext-20 ball slams w/14# wallball. 17:56, including rest time (shaved 1:30 off the last time i did this one in May).
