ran 1:! intervals yesterday bring on TNF 100 in May. Any thought on tapering on CF & CFE WODS only for Ultra in May?

2. Got ot in my head that I want to run a 50-miler in 2011 (Vermont 50). I started 2-weeks ago doing CF/CF Endurance sight. I have done a marathon (Ironman 2005) but that is about it for long runs.I have been I told I need to do another marathon this year prior to a 2011 attempt at a 50 miler..Any pointers?? Also signed up for the CF Endurance Cert in July/Milford CT..Thanks! Dave Ski-

4. 5.06 miles for the Tempo Run this AM. Around 7:54 pace right on target. Really cold though. When I got in I was dizzy from the extreme cold to the warmth of the house. Still kinda feeling the effects.

started running - lots of pain in heel so switched c2 - 25 minutes 4K+ - distracted at gym never wrote down distance and forgot what it was! oops!

8. Bike: 23.7 miles. It was so cold I couldn't feel my toes for two hours. I love this stuff.

9. I realized I should have been on the bike 90 mins, not 70, but here it is: bike: 21.3 miles; ran a quick (for me) mile to get through the "grip". Affiliate wod: OHS 1-10-1-10-1-10; I got 105lbs up, a PR for me. Looking for a hard day tomorrow!

10. This was probably 90% for where I'm at today. Thank goodness tomorrow is a rest day...I've been hitting it hard. 20min run on treadmill: 2.17 miles.

12. I'm a bit behind: C2 for 25: 6630m (seeing me almost beat my 5k row record [18:32] was hard). Please, no more snow because I have but 6 weeks to perfect my run technique. And Alinea.
